(born SAN FERNANDO, CÁDIZ, 1963)

Graduated in law from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Bellaterra, 1986. Master in Business law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, 1993. Member of the Association of Lawyers of Barcelona (15.657). Member of Jove Cambra de Barcelona (Young Chamber of Commerce).

Lecturer in mercantile and civil law in EAE - Winthertur, which is part of Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya.

Responsible for the legal subjects of the executive, full- time and part -time master courses of EAE.

Lecturer in business and civil law in several In - Company courses ( AENA, SARA-LEE, ADIGSA, etc.)

Specialisation:

Mercantile (Concursal y Societario) and Civil law.
