FORUM ON BANKRUPTCY LAW AND BANKING LAW This forum offers a meeting point where civil servants and professionals, with or without a legal background, (be it for practising or studying purposes) can share their doubts, concerns and opinions related to , bankruptcy, banking and inter-banking law. The only objective is a deeper knowledge of the subject and mutual enrichment. We are honoured to have Sebastián Sastre Papiol as the chairman of this forum. Lecturer in Mercantile Law in the University of Barcelona, lecturer in Banking Law in the law faculty of E.S.A.D.E and the director of the legal counselling department in la Caja de Ahorros y Pensiones de Barcelona ("la Caixa"), Professor Sastre is regarded as one of the most prestigious experts in the field of banking and bankruptcy law. In the section "Documentation" there will be texts relative to the subjects covered in the forum.
