ANTONIO BARÓ CASALS

( born BARCELONA, 1962)

Graduated in law from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Bellaterra, 1986. Member of the Association of Lawyers of Barcelona (17.253), Girona (1.391), and Granollers (1.104).

Antonio Baró worked as a lawyer for la Caja de Ahorros y Pensiones de Barcelona ( "la Caixa") from 1987 to 1991. During this period he was responsible for all inter-banking complaints (SERDI, CECA and the old SERDIRRUR) and for the complaints from clients to the Bank of Spain and to the Stock market National Commission, to which La Caixa belongs. This responsibility was later assumed by Mr. Baro as an external lawyer.
